They were awesome to work with and their work was fast and wonderful. I tried another well known shop prior to going to Marci's who gave me a bunch of excuses why they couldn't do the work although they had worked on my ring in the past. This was an absolutely perfect experience from the idea phase down to the presentation of the ring. Briannah helped me every step of the way and was so knowledgable and transparent about the cost and design options. I just can't think of any way how my experience of designing a ring with her could have been any better. The ring itself is a masterpiece and is a showstopper thanks to her.
