Dr. Jones is only in the office 2 days/week and is never available to talk to. Her office is absolutely horrible to work with and made everything more difficult than it needed to be. Surgery went fine but I HIGHLY recommend going to Dr. David Kim & co. at Reliant/St Vs who was much more patient and helpful and actually explained the post op process during my 2nd opinion appointment.
Had two carpal tunnels done excellent staff make you feel at home very professional recommend to everybody 10 Stars all day long
I was Recommend to Dr Jones from my Orthopedic. I fell in love with her first thing. She explained what was going on and what the surgery entailed. Had Surgery on 3/3/23 and had a few curve ball of infection and reaction to the dissolvable stitches, but she handled it all. The staff in Worcester are so professional. I recommended her to someone and he loves her also and is having surgery with her. I highly recommend her.
Excellent experience with Dr Marci Jones. I had two hand surgeries for three different trigger-finger release procedures. I found Dr Jones to be extremely professional, but at the same time very personable and friendly, willing to take the time and effort to clearly explain the procedures upfront and to answer any questions.
