We have been customers at Marcelo's for several years! A friend referred us to him! He has always taken excellent care of our vehicles and his customer service is over and above. He is like an extension of our family and we have our parents coming to his shop to service their cars too! He is the best in the area! Honest prices and top quality work! We love all the staff so friendly and kind!
I was lucky to come across Marcelo's a while back and he is now my go-to mechanic. Fair pricing, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable guy. Family run business who cares and listens to you when you describe what's going on with your vehicle. He's done great by me so far with all my experiences with him. The only place I take my car now even for something as easy as a registration renewal inspection.
Bad service. Took a car here to get fixed and it took them 3 weeks to “diagnose” the problem which they claimed was a catalytic converter. I paid them well over $1300 for their work and just over an hour later my cars check engine light came back on for catalyst efficiency. The shop said they might’ve installed a bad converter. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies nothing but a scam and con.
Finding a good and knowledgeable mechanic/mechanic shop isn’t easy. I was lucky to find Marcelo’s automotive. They are very professional with experienced technicians. They make you feel at home and give you a personal experience. Thank you guys for your great work!
