Si existieran 0 estrellas se las dava el tipo daño mi carro, no hizo lo que tenia que hacer y por lo qie se le llevo el carro, me lo dejo con problemas de sobrecalentamiento, nefasto trabajo el tipo es desonesto
Pesimo servicio, este tipo me cobro 560 por un problema del sistema del aire acondicionado que no pudo arreglar y me tiro todo el anticongelante del deposito para hacerme pensar que las cabezas del motor estaban mal, me dejo el carro con un problema de sobre calentamiento (ojo) le lleve el carro a otro mecanico y en 2 horas me arreglo el problema del aire acondicionado y me dijo que este tipo apropocito tiro el anticongelante para que se calentara el motor y hacer poder cobrarme los mas de 5000 dolares que dijo que se necesi... read more
We were in the Matthews area from out of state for Thanksgiving and my daughters vehicle had a problem. I went to Marcelo's because they had the best reviews and I'm glad I did. They were able to diagnose the 'problem, get the part, and fix it the day before Thanksgiving! I really appreciate the great customer service they provided and if I lived in the area they would be my go to auto shop. A big thanks to Marcelo and the whole team, they were fantastic!
Marcelo's customer service in absolutely incredible. They went out of their way to keep me informed of the status of my repair. The transparency they gave during the time they had my car is incredible. Their pricing is fair and quality of work is excellent.
