UPDATE! I literally just got another bill in the mail from these people saying it’s going to go to collections because it’s the final bill. I have a well over 800 credit score and I’m very honest. Now whoever is behind this nonsense is trying to get $111.13 for absolutely nothing. Especially when I was told this was taken care of. I went in with a painful in grown toe nail. Made a appointment for Dec 8th at 6 pm and when I got there no one was there . Called the office number and was told everyone went home they were sorry and I could reschedule. I won't be rescheduling my time is valuable and can't waste it on doctor forgotten appointments.
