My boyfriend bought me a forever ring from Lucky at the Round Rock location. Lucky was very nice and kept asking what i liked and didnt like about certain rings. Walked out with the ring of my dreams. Will be back to purchase again.

My husband and I went in a year ago and they fixed his watch, piece of cake @ no charge. We went in again about a month ago and got a few things. They are always friendly and helpful, and there selection is huge.

Every single person at this place helped me find the best ring I could afford for my future wife. They worked with me a great deal regarding their prices until I was 100% satisfied. I was promised a specific size and colorless stone for free as long as I purchased a ring setting... I thought ordering from our of state would be very difficult but Sunny made it very easy. His communication was great and he was very knowledgeable in his field. Reliable and friendly as well. After searching and dealing with many different jewelry who beat around the push and waste your time trying to get a extra buck out of you, Sunny was very upfront and gave me a awesome deal! My wife and I stopped by one day while out shopping "just to look!" Well, as it turns out she found the ring of her dreams! Didn't think I could afford it but Sunny was so willing to help make her dream come true.
