Poor quality on product and poor customer customer service. I had to return my first ring due to looor craftsmanship, upgraded by paying a couple thousand more dollars. This new ribg, it has been returned 3 times or so for stones falling out, they tell me it keeps getting hit. I have a newborn, I have not been at work for over a year- this claim is simply nonsense. Purchased two rings on Dec 24th 2022, a mens 14k White gold wedding band with .12tw diamonds: a useless ****k lab diamond with a ladies 14k white gold band with .42tw diamonds. ****** said the lab diamond didnt lose value, and was a great investment (lie). When we went to return them on Dec 27th 2022. He said he couldnt take the ladies ring because we did a custom in house stone set that he insisted we do. Every time I come here they one up the previous visit. From the service, to the little things like remembering one face out of the many they see day to day, to the workmanship, to the competitive prices, and so on and so forth, if you don't at least stop in and let them earn your business you do yourself a disservice. And as if they hadn't already done enough for me and my wife, the cold bottles of water on a hot Texas day made me a customer for years to come.
