He clearly presented the options for ACL replacement, followed by his recommendation. Friendly and to the point. The Dearborn surgery center he operates at was very nice. Much more relaxed atmosphere than a hospital for my first ever surgery!
My reverse shoulder replacement was totally painless. I am amazed at how quickly my arm is recovering. Dr. Milia was in daily contact with me via email, any concerns I had were quickly addressed (just a question about icing my shoulder), before surgery he and his staff were efficient, responsive, caring, and informative. Great experience. I am recommending Dr. Milia and his office to friends with similar needs.

Dr. Milia is very personable and attentive to your concerns. He gives you the time needed to ask and answer all your questions and never makes any question or concern seem small. As a surgeon he is excellent. Nothing is color coded for persuasion. He lets you know what to expect and has been there every step of the way toward my recovery. Opening The Get-Well Loop each morning shows those how to's, answers those questions and gives reminders needed after surgery.
