Dr. Milia took time to explain exactly what was going to happen in surgery. He gave his thoughts, based on his experience with other patients, on the possible different outcomes post surgery. He listened.

I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Milia and his team. I was hunting for a good Ortho as I have been dealing with terrible knees my whole life and just wanted some one to take me seriously. The previous Dr (won't even bother saying who) left me waiting in the room for over an hour and just said "you have some debris floating around, not much can be done" and walked out of the room in 3 minutes. Dr Milia has replaced both of my shoulders. His intelligence, ability and and incredible skill demonstrated is second to none. Couple those characteristics with his kindness and genuine concern for his patients make him second to none in orthopedic care.
My shoulder was not the rotator cuff, or a replacement, it was more bicep, tendons, & bone scraping, however, after surgery I had virtually no pain. Once the block wore off & the pump took over, no pain. Then when the pump came out, still, only aches, taken care of by over the counter pain med.
