From my initial visit through surgery my experience was top notch. All aspects were always explained and any additional questions were answered without hesitation. Dr. Milia, Colby and the office staff could not have been more professional. During the whole process I was made to feel comfortable and well informed. I cannot express my appreciation enough. Thank You to all, now time to recover .
I am new to the practice. My long time orthopedic specialist retired and referred me to MOS and everyone that I came in contact with from the office to the surgical center have been wonderful. They made it feel like I had been coming there for years.
Dr Milia did my shoulder surgery and all the anticipation of something going wrong was quickly gone once I finally just did it! From the time I walked into the Dearborn Surgery Center it was nothing but, excellent staff, excellent care and the chocolate chip cookies were soft!! They do give you a lot of information while you are waiting but don't worry about that because they also call and check on you daily. The pain pump you go home with was really a life saver! THANK YOU Dr Milia and staff!!
I like the way he and his staff treat patients and responds promptly to questions. Daily follow-ups makes me feel connected and informed so that I can watch for possible problems.

Dr Marc Milia is the 6th orthopedic surgeon I've needed to help get my joints pain free and working properly. He Is hands down the best and has an excellent staff as well. Dr Milia keeps you well informed prior to and after surgery with email and in person discussions. For rotator cuff repair and rotator cuff arthroplasty I highly recommend Dr. Milia.
Overall care before and after surgery was fantastic. Dr. Milia was clear on expectations after surgery and findings after surgery. Follow-up is also very good.
Very personable took his time answered all the questions, and could get in touch with him at your house ,he would personally call you up.
