My mother was recently seen in the ER, on a Monday and was to be admitted. We arrived at 2pm and wasn't seen until 5pm, she was still in the ER at 12:30 the next afternoon. Her doctor that told her to go to the ER was to perform a procedure on Wednesday, but the ER didn't bother to read her chart and gave her a medication that was to be stopped for this procedure. Dr. Kraft is amazing! She works in the ENT department. We have a long last relationship as she seen me as a resident when I first started experiencing my voice issues. Now she's my doctor at KU and she has given me the use and quality of my voice back. I am grateful for her hard work and patience with me.

We were treated very well; our appointment was kept on time; we had to have an unexpected CT scan and they got us right in; the new doctor was excellent in answering our questions and giving more information that we didn't know we needed. The only bothersome thing was the parking and traffic...they are always so busy (but for good reason).
