Whole building is freezing during the winter. No matter how long you keep the AC on, it's FREEZING!!!!!! Called maintenance few times they said that's the way it works, bought few heating Blanket and oil filled heater in order to stay warm. Washer works fine, but the electric dryer does NOT dry the clothing at all! Everything is soaking wet even after 2hrs of drying! Few electrical/ power plug doesn't work in the room, It's really inconvenient. The shower pipes in the bathroom makes huge noises, sounds like it's gonna break ... read more

Looked good but once I saw the prices I won't even bother to go look at the apartments; we're looking to retire to someplace smaller but not at exorbitant prices.
