This was the third mortgage loan I have done with Renzo--and by far the most complicated. Every time I have worked with Renzo, I always felt he was in my corner and looking out for my best interest. Plus he always finds the best rates and his costs are kept to a minimum--not sure how he does it! When my husband was dying from a brain tumor, he helped us with a reverse mortgage which kept us from financial ruin. As a widow I decided to sell, relocate and buy a new construction home. He was available and responsive when ever we needed him to answer questions or deal with issues. We felt like he was looking out for our best interest. I contacted Renzo after reading his yelp reviews and my husband and I are so glad that we did!
