RecommendedThe staff is excellent. They keep the families updated as to how the family member is doing.The nurses and CNAS really do care about their residents. They go out of the way to help and to make their charges comfortable. . They are the best!!
I want to thank the nursing home for the wonderful care that you gave my dad while he was going through rehab. He is home now and doing great!! Words can not express how happy we were with the care he got while with you, it wasn't easy while he was in there for us his family, not being able to visit but we all got through it. My mom was at Maplewood for 3 weeks for rehab and I am so pleased with the care she had. When I asked her if she liked the nurses, her comment was that they were perfect. That says it all!!
Already i have both knee replacement in this year, so both times i stayed in Maplewood because is a excellent facility, where everybody, is very professional , all the rooms is very clean, good food, a lot activities every day, also the professional group of therapy. I am so happy to stay in Maplewood for seven days after my knee replacement surgery. Now i am still going for therapy twice a week for the next two months. I feel great. I highly recommend Maplewood. Everyone is very friendly, professional and respectful.
My mom, Maryellen Best, lived at Maplewood for almost 6 years. She loved the facility but more than anything she loved the people. They all treated her like their mom/granny! During her last week in April, as she was failing, the entire staff were so amazingly compassionate and caring. They let us stay with her 24/7 and took good care of us. My Mom lived at Maplewood the last 5 1/2 years of her life. She was always treated with respect, kindness and love. She felt so blessed to have been taken care of by everyone there. The last week of her life they treated all of us with such caring and compassion. We will always be so thankful!!!
I couldn't be happier with the care my father received here. I looked high and low for a rehab facility for my father, they were so helpful. Unfortunately, It turned out Dad was terminal and they brought in hospice care, he passed here. The transition was so thoughtful, I was thoroughly impressed. I can't thank the staff here enough.
