Verified Renter Very nice relaxed community that is very well managed. Complex is run very well!
Verified Renter All residents are friendly, especially the caretaking staff. A couple times someone had even moved my daily paper inside from the sidewalk. Good neighbors!
Terrible place to live I've been living here for almost 2 years. Management doesn't care about their residents and they promise to fix things but they never do. Not just that but the smell of cigarette gets in my apartment from the bathroom. There are cars that have been on parkings spots for almost 2 months, never have been moved and management just ignores it. The cops come here every single week. I don't recommend this place at all and the price for 1 BD1BT is too much for what they offer.
Paying for the area These apartments are set in a beautiful quiet little area surrounded by trees & a cute little pond. You see a lot of wild life, lots of deer and rabbits, a few turtles. But oh my goodness, the GEESE! They are everywhere, and so are their little droppings. In the summer they will be honking all the time, FYI if you like peace & quiet. Amazing apartment Maplewood Apartments are simply amazing to live in. They have such a warm community with lots of different amenities. You feel right at home immediately. The best part is they are pet friendly. Great for kids. A little piece of paradise.
Nice Very nice neighborhood, nice units, but only 2 washers and dryers on each floor. Also not always efficient on maintenance calls. But I do love my unit and neighbors. They have nice events to help promote a family environment. Nice pool, billards and gym.
