Verified Renter Nice place to live. Lived here 4 years now and never had any theft. Clientele is very diverse but very courteous. Management has treated with utmost respect which is very much appreciated.
Verified Renter Maplewood is definitely a place to call home. Ive lived here for 13 years and my time here has been the best. Management is great, as well as the maintenance. School districts are very good and its close to highways, food, and shopping. The apartments are nice and the layouts are great. Moved here from NY and Ive been here every since. Cant find anywhere else that compares to living here.

High expectations for low standards on property Got denied because I was short $30 short for income. Have no criminal history. Was asked for co signer which my mom agreed to she owns a house has been approved for numerous car loans. She got denied due to income. To make matters worse every time I was in the office the police were there for matters with residents. First time someone was getting evicted and refused to leave. Verified Renter Overall Nice complex. Security can be upped a bit. My garage was broken into 1st week of moving in and potholes are a bit problematic. Aside from that, great staff and friendly community.
