Verified Renter Work orders are handled very well. The management office, unfortunately, does nor operate as well. There have been far too many changeovers in office personnel and too little professional courtesy and respect shown the tenants, as the people who the office is, in fact, supposed to be working for, rather than dictating terms to.
Verified Renter Maplewood has been my place of residence for many years. The changes to the property are great. Looking forward to see what else is yet to come.

Looks nice, but terrible management/policies Nice, grounds, pretty good room and theoretically decent amenities, friendly front office. But the negatives far outweigh these positives. The management and policies are really frustrating. They will ding you in every possible way, and constantly post new policies. Made one rent payment a day late and was charged $80! Verified Renter Maplewood Apts is a physically pleasant place to live, but rental rates have been rising to often and too steeply - along with other new fees. This has been coupled with fewer, not added, services/amenities. Not the best plan for retaining reliable tenants.
