Been "testing" burgers all over the DFW area and Maple and Motor and Twisted Root are at the very top of my list! Never been disappointed at Motor and Maple and the fried bologna brings back childhood favorites!

Ate there today and it was AWESOME! The meat was pink and juicy, the grilled jalapenos and onions were tender yet still crunchy...There arn't enough words to describe how good this burger was. Local made sodas on the tap are great too to wash it all down. Oh yeah the fries, tots, and onion rings were fantastic too!!! I will be back very soon and may even get the fried bologna sandwich!
I can't say anything bad about this place. The food is wonderful. I go out of my way to go there when I'm in Dallas.

Literally the BEST burger I've ever eaten in my life period!!! Hands down!!! Next time maybe I'll have to share a burger, they are so BIG!!
