I went in to Urgent Care on Sunday and was prescribed meds for a Chest Infection. The doctor told me it could cause stomach problems. I could not tolerate the meds, so I called back to let them know, thinking they would prescribe me something else. They told me to go to my regular doctor,and didnt prescribe an alternative medicine. I had already paid out of pocket for the Urgent Care visit.
ive been in here since Wednesday. I had nothing but a positive experience. there was a little confusion about where my health care was going And my understanding of it one side issue was a just with a little care a team they have always then sure to ask my understanding of it to make sure I am 100% knowing what they are trying to explain to me which is a phenomenal experience for me. I couldn't be any happier with the health care team memorial hospital. The nurses and nurses aides are the best of ever had
Recommended.y first time at the emergency room. They were very friendly, caring and clean! I will go back (hopefully not any time soon). I appreciate the great care that I received while there. It was unfortunate they couldn't fix my situation but they did great care of looking to make sure they couldn't fix it and to make sure it wasn't worse than I expected. thank you

I truly feel that I have gotten good care here. But something is changed in the last year I can’t quite put my finger on it and the parking is ridiculous.
I've gone to this clinic for over 20 years, and since becoming North Memorial, the doctors are consistently overbooked! I had an appointment with a PA for a med increase(desperately needed), The appointment was at 11:45, arrived 10 minutes early, paid my co-pay, and was called into the doctor's office promptly. After the nurse left, I was sitting in that room for approx. 15 minutes when the nurse came back in to say the PA is running a little bit behind.
