RecommendedWould like to recognize ER Dr Pete for his thorough yet prompt identification of critical medical issue I was facing and taking actions. My left left leg/foot was getting blood flow due to clots and while other dr we were seeing never performed a proper analysis. Dr Pete quickly concluded the same and had us go to North Memorial where emergency surgery could take place. Great place for getting treatment and people like Dr Pete are real hero’s. Had to go to the hospital with my stepdaughter two weeks ago. My concern here is the waiting lobby where people check in and out in the ER. I noticed that after every patient got up out of their chair to go see the doctors and nurses in the back the chairs were not being sanitized in between patients. I own my own commercial cleaning company and it’s very important to clean contact points in between patients. The only way we’re ever going to be able to get beyond this COVID-19 Virus and restriction is to sanitize in between ... read more

RecommendedI've been here several times and I can generally can get an appt same day. Also when arriving for an appt they are quick to get you in to see the doctor. Most recently I was seen for an allergic reaction I wasn't aware I had and needed immediate care. Nurses and doctors were taking care of me within 30 seconds. Can't thank them enough for the response time, the care, and their compassion. We are lucky to have them!
