I moved from out of state. The management convinced me that this was a "gorgeous complex" of "beautiful apartments". They were affordable and I was unfamiliar with the area so I took one. Omg. Literally anyone in town will tell you that this is the worst zipcode in the metro area. I've found liquor bottles in the pond. There's always trash and used baby diapers everywhere. Maple Crest Apartment..one of the problem is they have a puddle of water in the middle of the buildings that is harboring mosquitos. It is not attractive and its not sanitary. Even if you try to enter your apartment fast even one will get enter with you since a bunch of them stay at your outside at your door. Now, am only guessing that this puddle of dirty water as been their as long as the apartments and no one does anything about it.
