I recently had an opportunity to deal with Manuels Collision Center. I first spoke with Mickala, who was very polite & explained everything clearly. They furnished me a very nice rental car, for which I was very thankful for, since if I had to go through the rental place in town, I would have had to give a $75.00 deposit. When I took my car in to leave with Manuels, I was introduced to Bear, who would be doing all the repairs. 100% recommend Manuel Collision! Their customer service is top notch. I was kept updated multiple times a week. Our story was one that doesn’t happen often. Long story short, Aaron went above and beyond to make sure our situation had a positive outcome. I called Manuel’s on several occasions to ask advice on handling various insurance questions. The staff was always pleasant and very helpful. To have peace of mind even while dealing with an accident is worth so much. Thank you Manuel Collision!!
