I was doing a minor repair on my own vehicle and I went to orielly to get some parts I was needing. They acted clueless to what I needed. I then drove to manuel collision and talked to Steven. He knew just what I needed and got me in and out fast. These guys know their stuff.
The whole process was seamless. I made one phone call to the insurance company and they handled the rest. Manuel’s kept me informed and provided me with a nice rental. While I hope I don’t need them again, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back! Thank you to Aaron and his team for the exceptional customer service and high quality work!
From the moment I first spoke with them, they were courteous and professional. They were committed to restoring my vehicle to its original condition and provided quality service throughout the process. They were very good about keeping me updated on the progress as well. I would definitely use them again (but hope I don't need them)!
