Mantis Building Service is the only company I could find to clean our atrium glass and ledges. More importantly the ONLY company I could find to change the atrium lighting. When our building was designed the architect did not take into consideration access to these lights or to the glass. A cherry picker is not an option due to a three story glass staircase in the atrium. Mantis, and only Mantis, found a way! I highly recommend them for ANY and all work.

After Hurricane Hermoine, I had to replace all the flooring in my house. Monte, his daughter, and his wife were my saving grace. They worked tirelessly for two weeks tiling and cleaning up storm damage. I highly recommend Monte for any maintenance needs.

Outstanding company! Monte Akin is professional, polite, and punctual! Someone you can trust! He cleaned windows that no one had cleaned since the house was built! I highly recommend his work!
