All the staff are very friendly, and the dentist is too; he does a great job and is highly recommended. I am very satisfied with his work.
I had my 6 month cleaning, and as always Cristina provided excellent service.
I was already in the chair when told and extra needed payment for the cleaning was not covered by my dental plan, I needed to pay an additional $100 or more. This should have been stated to me before I arrived and was already in the chair. It was embarrassing to "argue" with the bookkeeper about what was covered or what wasn't while in the chair with the staff waiting on me to sign the agreement to pay. I felt that it when I was approached for the additional copay was intentional as it happened twice. I will not be back.
