They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? No, they don't over-treat my child Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed
I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
Was this pediatrician friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so
Dr Sylvia is the best. Dr. Sylvia was recommended to me by my OB/GYN when my children were born and we have gone to her for years. We have never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room, which is a miracle and something I appreciate so much. Dr. Sylvia is personal, personable, compassionate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to your children.
