John arrived on time, and already knew the cause of the noise and vibration from an outside faucet when turned on. He patiently explained the options for either repair or replacement. We chose to have it replaced, and John did a professional, efficient installation job, also repairing an existing section of tubing, at no extra cost. I highly recommend John for professional work, and efficient and honest service.
