Manning was contracted by Pentair to replace my spa light under warranty. The technician Manning (I believe his name was Jose) sent out didn’t have a clue what he was going. He nicked a wire in the junction box causing it to arc and burn into causing my entire board to go out and then said the problem was the transformer. Pentair came out to replace the transformer and after that didn’t fix it they found the nicked wire in the junction box where Manning had wired the light. Evening called me back after asking a few different staff members about my problem and how to fix it - Noah was then at my house same day to do a quick once over and gave some good feedback. Highly recommend. Reasonable prices and personable staff. Was nice to be able to tackle some of my pool issues without being told to just dump 5 different chemicals - Thanks again!

We have a large pool, a big job to clean. We hired Manning Pool Services and they took care of it. I like the way they work with us and seem to care about our pool needs. Sadrac, our new cleaner, is very good, very efficient and always takes a minute to talk to me about our pool needs. I’m very happy we found y’all.

Updated review: Manning ended up making everything right, responded quickly, and addressed all of the issues. Look forward to using them in the future. Old Review: Tried to schedule pool inspection during option period when buying home; responded a couple times and gave pricing, then when it came time to schedule, customer service vanished and then I had to call up two days later and was told that they don't typically schedule till day before....pretty ridiculous.
