Have had service done on two vehicles of mine. I’ve always had great service. On New Years Day I had some car trouble. I contacted Tim to schedule an appointment, and he actually met me at the shop that day, although they closed for business. Service like that is hard to come by.
Very Disappointed in how we were treated when we had an appointment for a oil change. We showed up to the business at 115 pm for our 130p appt. All doors to business we're locked. We figured maybe they were out to lunch. Another customer showed up to buy a car and said doors were locked. We waited til 130 still no one showed up. Other customer called owner and he said was on his way. We waited til 145 still no one. So we left. Called and set up an Appointment.... I arrived on time for the doors to be locked waited another ten min. and still no show what a joke!!!
