Terribly unprofessional. Wanted to purchase a vehicle from them, had one picked out, had a credit app in, working directly with Tim. Said he'd contact me in a few days once everything went through. Nothing for a week, and they wouldn't answer any calls or call us back. Finally got hold of someone else in the office and was told the vehicle had been sold from under us.
