The plan for treatment was not well explained before the visit. I had several Teeth that needed attention. Two key points 1) When I arrived, it seemed that the remedial plan was based on insurance optimization & not necessarily medical needs. 2) I was handed a form regarding inlays, not understanding that we were about to do this significant dental work; when I was anticipating just a filling. So overall, the treatment was "a surprise" for me. Spending $1000 out of pocket shouldn't be a surprise.
