Great customer service, quick turn around with my vehicle. Fixed the problem and it was back on the road in no time!
Quickly figured out the problem. Shuttle was immediately available to transport me home & later back to the dealership. Repairs completed earlier than promised, overall great experience

The maintenance crew did a great job to install a hitch on my new Equinox. The probably was that all the parts were not available, so the hitch is not fully useable. They indicated that they did not know when the parts would be available or made. VERY DISAPPOINTED when it is a new 2026 and a hitch is available but not all the parts. So have a partial hitch. NOT GOOD.
