I am the wrong person to ask about the oil change service. My wife uses your oil change service and you should ask her about the service she was provided. Also I do not know who helped her.

Service was good, only complaint is no loaner car , we live an hour away so had to make two trips to Mankato. Also still not sure why they said customer said coolant leak, never had a leak ever , service engine light was cam related . Work order stated customer states coolant leak... never said anything of that sort, said they found leak left side and replaced our radiator?? Warranty work so no cost to us but just wonder why that was put on work order, very spendy. Overall have always been satisfied with the service.

The employees worked very hard to satisfy needs & return my Equinox to the trusted vehicle necessary. Chevy has made the Equinox a difficult vehicle to repair, with check engine codes that do not identify exact needed repairs.
