Mankato Motors has always treated me very well. I have always taken my vehicle to them for service. I am always treated with respect and kept well informed as to what is going on with my vehicle.
They did a great job getting my car in on a timely basis and while I had some sticker shock on the cost, it was an engine repair and when they explained where the part was and explained it all to my husband who is a mechanic he said it was all reasonable and my car has been working great since. They are always kind and customer friendly. Great job

This is the best dealership in Mankato. When my vehicle needed parts and they didn't have them on hand, they sent their parts driver to Minneapolis to get them and I had my vehicle repaired and on the road when promised.
Great service and helpful personnel. Stopped in for an oil change and were able to have a recall the service advisor noted completed as well. Appreciated getting it done the same day.
The Service Department opened their bays 5 minutes early vs. just waiting for 7 am. The tech referred to notes when I called about the maintenace that needed to be done and did not have to go over all the issues again. They fixed my problem and discussed issues that might have been a problem.
They have very quick and efficient service, very timely results and easy to work with staff.
I needed a routine oil change on my 2023 Traverse High Country. I stopped by the Express Service. The job was done in less than an hour.
