I went for an oil change. I specifically said DO NOT ROTATE the tires. The tires were about 2 weeks old and obviously did not need rotation. The tires were rotated despite my request. Also, the tires were not correctly inflated. Now the tires in the back were at 33 psi (supposed to be 30) and the front tires were at 30 psi (supposed to be 33). He did credit the charge for the rotation, but we had to go elsewhere to adjust the pressure. Next time, we plan to write sticky notes all over the interior saying to not rotate the ti... read more
The team was very helpful and friendly. The oil changed service was done really fast and efficient. Jason was very apologetic for the additional time it took to ensure I did not have an oil leak. As it turned out the oil plug had to be replaced since it was not fitting correctly. I really appreciated his explanation and initiative to correct the issue. Thank you!
Fast and friendly Terry the Murf went above and beyond my expectations. He picked up my trunk from my driveway and dropped it off that afternoon with no more check engine lights. So proud of the Owner BT for allowing this to happen. Thanks again Mankato motors I will be back. Sincerely Jojo.
