I would like to see more dental insurance plans covered. My daughter is on the Fidelus government plan. Now she will have to find another dentist-so sad:( She likes your team. I have a hard time getting her to a dentist especially an unknown one.
I'm very happy with the care and service. The office staff does a great job of handling my insurance issues and always lets me know what to expect for the bill so there are no unpleasant surprises. Dr Sanon does fine work, and so does his staff.
Everybody listens, and explains. Nobody is rushed, and each person does a great service. The Doc listens well, and cares. Did I mention the multimedia experience while in the chair? Awesome.

I do like everyone at The Smile Center, but I'll say it again...it would be really nice if, as a practice, dentists and dental hygienists could praise good dental practices instead of telling me what I can do better. I get it...I can floss better, but I went from a non-flosser to a daily flosser...how about a pat on the back "I've noticed you're doing a good job flossing, that's awesome. Maybe get a little deeper into the tooth, but good for you." Or maybe you can't tell by looking at my teeth, which is really distressing...... read more
