My two children were scheduled to have appointments at the same time with two hygienists. When we arrived for the appointments, the receptionist asked if I had gotten her message about them having appointments at separate times. I had not received the message. In addition to our home phone, the office has our cell number and e-mail. They did not attempt to contact us via either of those means. Staff is very accommodating and helpful.
Wonderful office with great staff. Wish we were not relocating or that they had an office where we were relocating to. Our experience has been suberp each and every visit. Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Sannon and his staff.
I have been going to Dr. Sanon for 16 years and he's always wonderful. His staff is helpful and kind.
Emily was wonderful as usual.
Love Dr. Sanon and the Smile Center. Have referred to friends and keep referring. But yesterday AM I was annoyed- I had a 7a appointment. I left my house extra early so I wouldn't be late because of the snow. Well, I sat in the waiting room for 20+ minutes because my hygenist was late. "I got behind a school bus" she said. I'm sorry, but if you have a patient at 7a, you should leave your house in plenty of time so you're not late to work. As always, Emily made me feel very comfortable but yesterday she went above and beyond. I had come to the appointment not feeling very well with a migrane. She dimmed the lights and noise. She gave me a lavender scented warm cloth for over my eyes, a pillow for me neck and cocoa butter for my lips!. She felt I could be a bit dehydrated and gave me a bottle of water to drink as well.
