Very pleased! – I have definitely been pleased with the service that was provided to me. It is always very fun to come in because the variety of all things are great.
Large selection, lots of high end products! – My whole family goes here. The exams are good, and the eyeglass selection is really large with lots of variety. The staff was very patient with me as well. Large selection to choose from. Lots of high end products and they also take my insurance. Pretty cool. I liked the doctor too.
Best selection of frames in New York City and also the ones who would take my insurance. I went to twenty other places upon this place.
Good doctor. – Very thorough eye examination. I sent my grandmother here as well and it was a godo thing I did. She was diagnosed with macular degeneration.
Very happy with the service – Very thorough examination. My glasses were ready the next day too. I am pleased with the service that this place provided me with.
Quality service – One of the few places that accepts VSP who carries Oliver Peoples sun/glasses. Ask for Dartagnan. He is the greatest!
Wonderful! – Dr. Gross is a wonderful eye doctor!!! The wait was minimal, and the staff was excellent in helping me find my eyeglasses! :) yay!
Perfect Service – I just bought a pair of progressive glasses at Manhattan Eyeworks and the level of service by the doctor and opticians was great. I would totally recommend this place!
The worst place in manhattan!!! – Terrible experience at their 96th street location. Took several weeks for my order to come in. Was lied to by the customer staff. The staff is rude and argumentative and treat thier customers like garbage. It'soverpriced, not worth the money or the hassle. Will never go there again!
