The customer service at Mangold is extraordinary. They had the perfect location for me, and any time I had a question or concern, they responded right away. Erika and Ashley were always available and Steve would respond any time anything went wrong. I had to move out of the area for a job, but I would happily rent/lease from Mangold again. We are new tenants with Mangold. Our experience so far has been great! Obviously it has not been the best time to move, but they have been very friendly and helpful. Service we have needed has been provided right away. Specifically, Luis Garcia, a property inspector came out a few days ago and tended to several issues we had. Very, very helpful and professional. I wish there was 10 stars that I can give Itzel. I'm a current tenant for Mangold couldn't be happier. Itzel took a burden off my shoulders, went above and beyond my expectations with her awesome customer service. She keeps me up to date with anything I need to know, but competently takes care of all the details that take so much time and effort! She definitely puts her heart into her work. This is the best property management company ever!!! I do not say this lightly. I am a Doctor and excellence is important to me! They are responsive, fast, professional, and caring. They can be on my surgical team anytime. I am now handicap and they have made every accommodation for me. They are top notch in my book and I rarely give complements.
I am still searching for the perfect home but I have to give a shout out to Erika Y. Mazzocco she is driven, focused and caring. Defiantly proactive. I defiantly feel like she genuinely cares and wants to find us a good home. She has answered my million questions and has had an answer for all. Crossing our fingers we find a good home that fits our family size and budget again in Santa Cruz and surrounding areas feels nearly impossible.
Had a horrible land lord for most of my 2 year stay in Monterey. Nothing would ever get done unless you kept bugging and bugging (and even threatened to do it your self). Towards the end my apartment was switched to Mangold. Even though definitely busy with the amount of properties they had been given (and neglect they were repairing) they were always nice, helpful, and actually got back to you. From start to finish, a long road, Craig and his team have been an incredible gift to us. We are federal workers overseas and the decision to purchase, leading up to retirement, was daunting. Aside from the obvious challenges of buying from overseas, the aftermath was complicated, to say the least.
