Amazing service and management team! This is my second time renting here. The first apartment was for the studio. Surprisingly spacious ! The second apartment was for the one bedroom. Very cozy! The location of the complex is a short walking distance to Cannery Row and many different restaurants. It would take less than 5 mins to reach the popular areas. Finding an apartment can be difficult, especially in a good location. I appreciated the team working quickly with me to secure my apartment rental as I was coming from across the country. They answered all my questions and did a thorough walk-thru, including even giving me local area recommendations. I've been in my apartment for a year and love the location. My family and I rented a beautiful home through Mangold with gorgeous views of the bay. The location we wanted...for our budget...I thought was too much to hope for. We have been working with Mangold property management for the lease of our clinic space in Salinas, CA for over 16 years. They have always been very responsive and the rent has been very reasonable. During the 2020 Covid19 pandemic, our business took a hit and was unable to pay our rent at full amount. We worked with Scott Coming from Mangold and was able to work it out during this tough time. We appreciate for all the flexibility and timely response that we have received.

I have used Mangold Property Management for over 10 years. They are by far the best management company in the Monterey area. They are truly a full service property management team. They take care of the day to day for the properties and keep me updated on any concerns and what they are doing to fix it. Out of the 5 different properties they managed, I have never had a vacancy for longer than 30 days. The renters are also vetted and I have never had any issues with any of the tenants they placed.
