I highly recommend this property management. I have rented from other property managements in Salinas and Monterey and Mangold Property Management really impressed me! Excellent customer service from Eliana, and especially from Luis Garcia, the Property Inspector. I just moved into a rental unit in Monterey and was able to get through my move smoothly with remote coordination considerations. What REALLY stood out though was Luis, the Property Inspector, came just a couple of days later to fix miscellaneous, minor repairs and ensured that we felt taken care of and that we had contact to reach out if anything comes up in the future. We moved to Monterey two weeks ago during Covid 19 and my family had great experience with Mangold property management. We decided to move without seeing the property and Eliana made sure we were well taken care of. I feel like they always respond to my concerns very quickly and they are pros. My daughter Whitney was packed an ready to make a move out of Gilroy to her very first apartment and we had been looking for months. Then COVID-19 hit and we thought we were stalled for another year! Fortunately, both the onsite Property Manager Robert Ellis and Ashley and the team at Mangold were able to work with us through some hoops around virtual and remote processes that were inherent to this Shelter in Place situation. The maintenance gentleman was awesome because he was in and out in less than twenty minutes.
I am a Case Manager for homeless Veterans and had the true pleasure of working with Ashley to get one of my clients housed during COVID-19. Ashley and Mangold were considerate, prompt, and flexible. My client and I were shown excellent customer service from the rental application to move in. I would absolutely recommend Mangold to my coworkers and clients in the future!
