I respect Mr. Trotter dearly BUT the service that my daughter received from Angelia Curry was not only unacceptable, it was unprofessional & inconsiderate. My daughter had a 4pm appt to receive a silk press service. She arrived on time. It is now 8:30pm and her service is still incomplete. I called at 7:00 to see if my daughter was ready and she was sitting there with a wet head. Her hair had been shampooed but not blown out nor covered. Just sitting for hours. My God Daughter was visiting from Washington State! She had to attend a dear friend’s dad funeral! Her hair was damaged by a previous hairstylist! Praise God for Mr.Trotter’s experience & professionalism! He worked a miracle & my daughter’s hair looked Healthy & radiant! Thanks Mr.Trotter for your kindness , professionalism & courtesy!
