I have ONLY been shopping at Mandy's since she opened for obvious reasons . On more than one occasion I've paid for hair that didn't do what the package promised , no discount no money back . I put a wig on layaway forgot about a payment and lost over $200 and it was just lost and absolutely nothing could be done about it. I’ve been supporting Mandys since they first opened I go, maybe once every three months and me and my daughter always go together. This time when we went in there there was a little girl sorting out merchandise or something and she says she likes our locs. I’m like oh thank you my daughter says thank you we’re both smiling because it made us feel good and then the adult employee with sister locks says. I bought a watch g from Gaylynn. Multiple times. She said they were hand made wigs with expensive hair that would last. I started buying wigs from her in 2019. Everything was fine. Come to buying my last two wigs from her. And I’m sick. The hair is the worst. It’s just stuck to itself and can’t be washed back to life. With in 6 months of wearing.. the very last wig I bought from her was a wig that she just bought out of mandys, and resold to me. It cost me 700 dollars to get the wig.
