We really enjoyed living at Manchester Oaks! The staff is friendly and very supportive. It is a beautiful complex and well-maintained. It is also in a great location with an added bonus of the Kwik-Trip in walking distance!
We currently live here and we love the community and our apartment. It’s so cozy and homey and a great place for our kids to safely play. Any issues that we may have are always taken care of promptly and with care. Alyssa has been our rockstar and helps with any and everything we need. The maintenance team is also great at quickly addressing any concerns that may come up. It’s been a great place to live!
Visit my daughter family in Manchester Oaks several times. Nice and spacious apartments, a lot of storage space, spacious walking closets and pantries. Well maintained property. Great and quiet surroundings, feels pleasant and safe.
My family loves to live here! This is my fourth year in Manchester Oaks. Very friendly and always welcoming office staff! Great maintenance, very professional and always helpful! Through this years they are become my family!
We are leaving. One of the Maintenance Staff harasses Women, Special Needs Kids and Veterans. Homeless Concerns behind the Complex. We don’t feel safe here. Office Staff did not help us when told them our Concerns living here. In the winter I fell and hit my head due to the walkways not salted. Visitor Parking is awful.
