It’s an average place to live. It’s nice and quiet but there’s lots of spiders in the apartments and my neighbors above complained about that as well plus their heating bills are outrageous and very exspensive. The windows don’t hold the heat in very well in the winter and if you are on the bottom floor the vinyl flooring is ontop of concrete so it gets cold and that’s what the one maintenance worker told me because he lives there as well. This is a great place to live! My apartment is a great size, well maintained, and was recently updated with new appliances. On the rare occasion I have an issue, the office and maintenance staff are quick to reply and take care of everything. The community ammenities, espeically the pool, are always clean and rarely crowded, so I can workout or relax whenever I need to. If you're looking for a home in the area, I can't recommend this community enough!
Staff is Amazing as well as their maintenance personnel! Clean and nicely taken care of apartment homes and it was a wonderful experience to live here!
This complex is a blessing i have only been here since the 12 of August 2025 and love it
Everything was ok with Manchester Oaks. There will always be tenants that do not follow the lease rules or who are inconsiderate. Manchester always had open communication and responded quickly. Maintenance always stayed on top of everything. The major problem came when we decided to move out. When we moved in our lease never started at the beginning of the month.
