Excellent amenities and clean facilities.
Move in was super smooth and the staff here are super friendly! Helpful throughout the entire process and always answered any questions I had. The area is really quiet, the amenities are nice, and everyone here seems super friendly and outgoing! Hoping for a great year here snd hoping to re-sign in the future!
I have lived here for one year already and have renewed my lease for another 15 months. I literally love living here and love my apartment home! My apartment is so perfect and cute with updated appliances and plenty big for just one person. The attached garage is ideal for winter and bad weather. The front office ladies are awesome, very responsive to emails and friendly each time you stop in the clubhouse. The facilities are fine and rent pricing was fair. However while making our final rent payment I mistakenly used the wrong account number. I called them proactively to correct and immediately made the payment with the right account. They charged a $100 return fee for this which I felt was ridiculous especially considering I proactively reached out to them to fix payment info. This is the best property out there. The office staff is amazing Jill & Alyssa have been very professional and willing to help with any concerns. We are extremely happy here!!
