I do not recommend living here. Rent increases are excessive and feel predatory. Since moving in back in 2021, our rent has gone up roughly $500–$600 total, with increases of over $100 every single year. Each renewal, tenants are given only one week to accept their offer and are told prices will go up if they don’t sign immediately. It feels like pressure, not a choice. Completely unacceptable and dishonest management. Move-out charges changed depending on the email, written explanations were contradicted later, and I was even sent invoices for a different apartment. Despite raising rent every single year, management couldn’t provide accurate, unit-specific documentation when it mattered. We love our new home. Apartments have great layout. Alyssa leasing agent and Jill in the office were great to work with when we were looking for our new home. They also have resident events that fun.
