RecommendedWe are frequent visitors to the Hyatt. On June 18th I held a party for my son's 11th & my own 50th birthdays. I always got a regular room but luckily, on my birthday they upgraded my reservation to a two-room Presidential Suite. Was really Hot in my hotel room. They had to come inside the room and fix it. Ordered a bottle of champagne for my birthday, they took an hour and still gave it to the wrong room. Never got my bottle.
