I've only been here for a day and I'm already completely disappointed and annoyed with the customer service and this hotel. It doesn't look like it's going to get any better here either. Not worth the money.
We had the perfect view from our room, which was beautiful. The "cooler" vs a mini fridge made no sense as it was not cool enough for any purpose. Our showers were a challenge, the water temperature fluctuation from very cold to very hot regardless of how you tried to adjust it, very unpleasant. Overall the room was average for a room you'd pay $150 for but when paying just under $300 including the $35 for self parking, then I would say it would fall below average.
