It’s good that I cancelled my appointment before even going to this office. Both of the ladies who I spoke to on the phone were very rude and inpatient! The first time I called, she hang up on me and I had to call her back and confront her! The second time I called, a different lady was extremely rude that I just decided to cancel the appointment.
