I went to Manatee Memorial Hospital via EMT ambulance. I was on a bed in the ER for over 4 hours and received NO care. The doctor sent me home after a 2 minute questioning. He sent me with a prescription without seeing my medication list. The nurses are too busy to help me. I wrote a detailed letter to the CEO and have gotten no response.

I love the new Emergency wing.
Before addressing my recommendation, I would like to comment on a problem I had. I told several people my primary physician had changed, but that change was never picked up and now all my records are being sent to the wrong place. As far as my stay, the staff was very nice and helpful. I was in for 3 days and everyone was accommodating.
