The tooth extraction was excellent. The problem is with Dr. Manalo's office staff. They charged my bill to my ex wife's account even after I told them that I was divorced. I requested that my total bill be charged to my mastercard at the conclusion of my second visit. They not only didn't charge my card but they foaled up everything so badly that my exwifes account was turned over to a collection agency even though she hadn't been to the dentist for many years. Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They are always respectful and courteous! Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home?
