This company did my roof in 2019- a complete new roof. In 2020 the roof shingles began to lift. I had a different company come and share that the job was poorly done along the ridge and I should contact the company. I did and the company told me I had to contact Lowe's because they were subcontractors. I contacted Lowe's and they said I had to contact the company that actually did the work. I've used Manada for many projects, from minor one hour repairs to major ten month remodel8ng projects. They can handle any type of work that I propose to them and they always finish with professional level workmanship, at a very fair price. Manada is also very good about follow-ups and punch lists. They seem anxious to make the adjustments needed to satisfy me (the customer), and they don't try to charge me extra for the follow-up visits. Great attention to details. Very professional and reliable.
We got some roofing rafters replacement work done by them. In that process due to excessive use of force in removing the rafters, our interior dry wall got cracked. When we reported the issue, they said they will get back to us about some options. Later we got notified that if we do not make payments they will place the house on builders’ lien. Totally unprofessional approach to handling customer complaints. We made the payments as we did not have to go thru the hassle of removing the lien etc. I would caution that if you us... read more
Ruben and crew were professional and did a great job with our new gutters. We had purchased gutter covers and they installed them too. The crew was friendly and fast and paid attention to detail. Good job!
