Very let down that this company failed to refund $1600.00 in "Hold" monies when they failed to deliver 2 different homes in a timely fashion. Malt Realty caused me untold expenses with additional moving expenses, and continue to refuse to refund this money to me months later. The owner of the properties even dropped Malts services. AVOID THEM! The first property was listed as available, but the tenants needed to be evicted. Which took months, place was filthy. That property just became available for rent in March of 2022 ... read more
