Mr. Mallard was very personable. I had a lot of questions about having my furnace replaced. I called him multiple times and he was very friendly each time I called. Other places that I called quoted me prices that were significantly higher than what he charged me to remove and replace my furnace. He also found another problem and offered to come back and fix it at a later date. All and all I was extremely satisfied with the service I received and would recommend him to anyone who has a similar issue.
Excellent, professional and affordable. Called in the evening on Sunday, came out that evening, got the part Monday morning and was done before noon on Monday. Would recommend Mallard's to anyone and will be calling them if we even need anymore Heating/AC assistance.
Showed up even when I called very late in the evening. Did the job for a fraction of the price. Hire him.
